Description
The Maserati component number 293162 oil disareator removes oil vapor from the crankcase ventilation system and returns it to the oil pan. This reduces emissions and keeps the engine clean.
The oil disareator is a small device that is normally found near the intake manifold. It has a system of baffles and filters to collect oil vapor. The oil vapor is subsequently condensed and returned to the oil pan through a drain tube.
