Description
Maserati component number 670030935 front-brake-disc is designed to slow and stop the front wheels of a Maserati Ghibli or Quattroporte car. It is a cast iron disk intended to disperse heat and give stopping power. The disk is 312 mm in diameter, 25 mm thick, with a minimum thickness of 22 mm.
When you push the brake pedal, a piston in the brake caliper compresses the brake pads against the disk. This generates friction, slowing and stopping the wheel. The brake disc is a vital component of the braking system, and it should be replaced when it becomes worn or broken.
